Management Simulation

I participated in the Marketplace Simulations program. This was a competitive business simulation in which I managed the marketing department of a virtual company, while competing against other simulated firms. I used performance analytics to track key metrics such as market share, brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and profitability. By analyzing these data points, I was able to identify trends, adjust strategies in real time, and improve consumer interaction.
